In our pursuit to make the Producteering Forum more participative and (software) community-driven, we have been planning new activities and changes to the forum. As a result of this, and due to our limited bandwidth at present, from the beginning of April ’09 we had put a hold on the weekly digests that we have been sending out for the last one year.
Here are some interesting new things that you can look forward to on the forum, starting from May ‘09:
-
Interviews with leading folks in the software community (ISVs, ecosystem partners, VCs) on various issues, trends and engineering best practices
-
Regular teleconferences with other Producteering members (moderators will be industry/domain experts – members can also volunteer to moderate)
-
Separate section on startups which will showcase innovative new software companies
-
New discussion thread
-
Design changes and other new features
-
More member participation in the form of posts and other contributions
We will continue our weekly digests going forward, which would be a consolidation of the week’s activities on the forum.
We hope that with all these changes to be incorporated soon and on an on-going basis, the Producteering Forum will be more relevant to the software community and members will have a more rewarding experience.
We look forward to your continued support of the forum and take this opportunity to solicit your feedback and suggestions to ensure a better experience. Please email us at membership@producteering.org with your comments.
